Do you keep up with new content creation and presentation/delivery trends?If this sounds like you, Celonis is seeking a Technical Writer who can work with our developers, users, and our open-source community to gather the technical information needed to create and maintain a wide variety of documentation.The work you'll do:Create, revise and publish world-class documentation.Build relationships with product and engineering teams and actively participate in Agile teams. Be the voice of the customer!Become a subject matter expert (SME) developing expertise in your product area(s).Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering on writing best practices and consistent use of taxonomy.Write, edit and review product UI components, in-app text strings and error messages.Suggest improvements and drive consistency.Partner with Celonis Academy, Customer Support and Community teams to create the best self-service experience for customers.Improve documentation through feedback analysis, support tickets and interviews.Take on additional improvement projects to improve overall documentation quality.The qualifications you need:Self-starter who can take the initiative with minimal supervision. If you see areas for improvement, let's fix it!You need to be comfortable working independently to gather information from software developers and product management about new features, and create helpful, interesting, well-organized, consistent, high-quality content from scratch.Have prior experience documenting SaaS, client-server, on-premise, and cloud software applications.Know how to participate in agile feature team meetings and represent the interests of the tech pubs team.
