Your Impact: As a Senior Technical Consultant in Configuration Management, you will be instrumental in delivering advanced IT solutions to our clients by analyzing business needs and designing and implementing technology strategies. You will develop and implement IT Service Management strategies that align with client business objectives, provide tailored IT Configuration Management solutions, and lead the technical implementation of large-scale CMDB projects. You will oversee the deployment of cloud-based solutions to reduce infrastructure costs and enhance system performance, conduct detailed system analysis and integration to ensure seamless operation between legacy and new technologies, and provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to improve user adoption rates, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. What You Need to Succeed: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Experience: 3+ years in IT service management or a related field, with proven experience with ITIL frameworks and best practices. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, C++), databases (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL), tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins), and platforms (Windows, Linux, macOS).
