About the role: As a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will join the Talent Acquisition team to drive the growth of bsport by scaling our tech teams across multiple regions.
Your impact: Manage the entire recruitment process for our Tech & Product teams Develop dashboards to provide insights into recruitment progress and key candidate metrics specific to technical positions.
Generate reports on critical recruiting metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement.
Innovate and participate in the development of new sourcing strategies to attract top talent in engineering, product management, data science, and other technical domains .
Continuously optimize job postings and recruitment content to drive candidate engagement in these highly competitive fields.
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline the hiring process and improve the overall candidate experience for tech talent.
Participate in HR projects .
It would be great if you have: +4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within startups, scaleups, or SMBs .
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tech recruitment projects simultaneously.
Strong expertise in recruitment software and technology, with proficiency in ATS (experience with Teamtailor or similar systems is highly valued).
Data-driven, with strong skills in reporting, market research, and candidate analytics .
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where adaptability and problem-solving are essential.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet tech hiring needs.
Hold a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field .
