Within a European distributed HR team you will be part of all recruitment activities for the Veepee Tech community.As a strong business partner, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment experience partnering closely with HRBPs and Engineering Managers.TASKSOwn the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.Handle a high volume of open positions and candidates with the help of our ATS (Lever).Develop and execute a sourcing strategy to build a strong pipeline of top candidates.Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers in order to anticipate needs and to help them build teams with serenity.Create and negotiate offers to help close candidates.Make sure to onboard candidates smoothly.Improve, build and implement new processes together with other team members.Identify, execute and collaborate with team members in recruitment HR on transversal projects.Participate in staffing committees to report our weekly activities and validate different recruitment requests.Be part of the team rituals and participate in internal and external events.MUST HAVE skillsStrong interest and understanding of business and technologies landscape.Tech experience as an in-house recruiter or agency.Extensive experience using traditional and emerging platforms to identify, recruit, and close top level candidates.Proven organizational skills to handle high volume of hiring as well as ownership on projects.Full professional English.Strong team player mindset.NICE TO HAVE skillsA third European language is a plus (French or Spanish).Data-oriented mindset.BENEFITSVariable bonus.The dynamic and creative environment within international teams.The variety of self-education courses on our e-learning platform.Participation in meetups and conferences locally.The end of the week on Friday at 3 PM.Hybrid remote with up to 2 days at home per week.RECRUITMENT PROCESSInterview with Lead Recruiter.Meet the team.Interview with Talent Acquisition Director.We are convinced that it is up to you to define the way you work, to develop yourself, and to progress.
