Colt provides network, voice and data centre services to thousands of businesses around the world, allowing them to focus on delivering their business goals instead of the underlying infrastructure.Role title:Senior Talent Acquisition PartnerFunction:Human ResourceReports to:Talent ManagerLocation:Barcelona or LisbonRole purposeThis represents a fantastic opportunity for someone with an agency background to take their first step to move in-house or an experienced in-house recruiter already.The position will appeal to a highly motivated and driven recruiter that can confidently manage a variety of senior stakeholder relationships in order to ensure top talent is acquired by the firm.Key accountabilitiesPartner with hiring managers to ensure pre-determined SLA's and take ownership of identifying and engaging with potential future Colt employees across multiple geographies.Contribute ideas toward Colts online presence and brand awareness across relevant social media platforms and Colts website.Key performance indicators (financial and non-financial)Demonstrable track record of successfully recruiting within sales and/or technology in an agency or in-house environment within your specialist territory.Ability to craft compelling role profiles and job adverts.Super user of LinkedIn, Xing; Facebook, Glassdoor & Twitter (plus other regional sites as appropriate).Composed under pressure with the ability to multi-task.Results orientated with high levels of commitment, resilience and a can-do attitude.Solid commercial business acumen.Ambition and desire to forge a career within a newly-created, high profile team that will be afforded exposure at the highest levels within Colt.Hiring success against monthly, quarterly and annual headcount targets.Level of influence and credibility achieved amongst the senior stakeholder community.Relationships and key contactsHR Business PartnersRole related hiring managers and teams.Role specific requirementsSkills & ExperienceKeep abreast of market trends in recruitment innovation and suggest adoption of suitable solutions that can contribute towards Colts wider hiring strategy.4-8 Years experience.Experience in Hiring for Corporate Function & Technical/ Telecom Hiring as well.QualificationsGraduate/Post Graduate.Good understanding & Experience around Job Portals/sites.BehavioursCustomer First - You put the customer at the centre of everything you do (You Care, are Professional and you Keep it simple).Accountability - You are responsible to deliver to our commitments (You are transparent, you take ownership and demonstrate initiative).Transformational - You embrace the need for Colt to change the way we do things to grow (You are resilient, you challenge and have an appetite for Risk).Outcome Focused - You focus on the result we want to achieve, while engaging others to do so demonstrating high levels of collaboration, vision and reflection.OthersBe aware of Colt information security, business continuity, quality and other ISO or equivalent policies/ industry standards and discharge duties against them as appropriate.Identify risks related to process and information security and treat/ mitigate the same as appropriate.What we offerColt is a growing business that is investing in its people.
