In your role, you will bring leadership to support & drive recruitment for roles across our business globally while connecting with senior stakeholders in our organization. You will have many responsibilities but also a lot of freedom to structure your days. Your ResponsibilitiesSupport senior hiring managers in the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across Hitachi Energy.Collaborate with the larger recruitment team on internal and external recruitment matters.Support in recruitment campaigns from strategy and planning to activation. You can also lead entire strategy for some areas of focus.Identify short-term and long-term gaps in the talent demand and advise on solutions to talent challenges.Communicate with candidates in all steps of the recruitment process.Promote Hitachi Energy as an employer of choice in relevant forums (job fairs, student & professional events, social media).Support in developing Hitachi Energy's recruitment strategy to identify and attract top talent.Analyze and interpret recruitment data.Your BackgroundYou hold a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, or other relevant areas.More than 8 years of experience in recruitment with a Global/Cross-country role, preferably from a similar industry.As a person, you are flexible, humble, determined, and can work independently as well as collaborate well with others.You enjoy working with both operational and strategic tasks.You are a customer- and service-oriented person with strong communication skills.In this role, it is important to be structured and able to work effectively with several processes at once.Fluency in English & Spanish.
