MissionThe Senior Talent Acquisition will be responsible for the day-to-day recruitment of high-performing talent. Working alongside the HR Manager and HR Business Partners, they will leverage recruitment best practices and processes within their local market. The Senior Talent Acquisition will ensure a premium candidate experience throughout the entire hiring lifecycle and be responsible for agency/vendor management together with the HR Manager/BP.RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:RecruitmentManage the recruitment process (profiling, sourcing, screening, and evaluation) for various levels and roles across the Red Bull businesses.Review, assess and provide timely feedback to hiring managers on candidate profiles.Own the candidate experience from start to finish in collaboration with the hiring manager (including new starter packs, inductions, etc.).Maintain current market research in the local country and beverage industry dynamics.Internal & External PartnershipsEmpower hiring managers and guide them in making the right hiring decisions and ensure clear communication between the HR team members and line managers.Partner, if required, with the global talent team and stay abreast of internal tools and processes.Manage our relationships with external recruitment firms and any other external TA partnerships.Process, Tools and ProgrammesUse data and insights to analyze internal and external information and recommend solutions.Educate hiring managers on internal tools.Provide business, system, and TA process training as needed.Champion 'Red Bull Wingfinder' as a recruitment and selection tool providing a unique EVP experience for candidates.JOIN THE TEAMGot what it takes?In your application, we want to see your personal style - what makes you tick and why you think your next opportunity is here with us.Travel: 20%
