MissionThe Senior Talent Acquisition will be responsible for the day-to-day recruitment of high-performing talent.
Working alongside the HR Manager and HR Business Partners, they will leverage recruitment best practices and processes within their local market.
The Senior Talent Acquisition will ensure a premium candidate experience throughout the entire hiring lifecycle and be responsible for agency/vendor management together with the HR Manager/BP.RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:RecruitmentManage the recruitment process (profiling, sourcing, screening, and evaluation) for various levels and roles across the Red Bull businesses.Review, assess and provide timely feedback to hiring managers on candidate profiles.Own the candidate experience from start to finish in collaboration with the hiring manager (including new starter packs, inductions, etc.
