Senior Specialist Promotional Materials U025Barcelona, CataloniaYour Job:Acting as Project Manager in Promotional Materials Compliance related projects within Spain.Planning and coordination of Spain processes and projects.Technical advice on requests from the authorities and external communication.Review of information texts, packaging and promotional materials with regard to legal regulations in Spain.Develop Promotional Materials Compliance SOP and training materials for clients.Provide general Promotional Materials Compliance advice on local Spanish code.Acts as Veeva Coordinator in Spain when needed.Preparation and conduction of product / therapeutic area related trainings.Design and implement systems, tools and processes in Spain.Address partnering needs and potential partner proposals to Head of Service Area where applicable for Spain.Maintain vendor relations and ensure vendor compliance.Keep overview on issues / lessons learned from different projects / programs for continued service development.Identify any new opportunities in existing clients to generate repeat business and coordinate with the senior team/account manager/PM and BD team.Your Profile:Expert knowledge on Spain legal regulations for promotional and marketing materials, minimum 2-5 years.Experience with regulatory services.Ideally a Graduate with a Life Sciences degree or equivalent qualification as a minimum.Autonomous, concentrated and high-quality work.Ability to work in a team.Perfect English and Spanish skills (written and verbally).Perfect skills with Microsoft tools.Structured, analytical, systematic and independent way of working.Ability to adjust rapidly to new, unknown, challenging situations, delivering strategic outputs and actions consistent with operating policies.Proactively identify and manage cross-selling opportunities.Ability to analyze problems and propose solutions at a business level.Constructively works with team members of different departments and cultures and across geographical distances.
