Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.G., CISSP, CISM) are preferred.Proven 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on IAM.Experience in handling incidents of complex business scenarios.Experience with agile development methodologies.Proofed architecture skills (e.G. TOGAF certificate, etc.).Functional Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to create and present light-weight solution prototypes.Proficiency in translating high-level IT strategies into actionable project objectives.Technical Skills:In-depth knowledge of IAM technologies, including PKI, IDP, MFA, and Directory Services.Strong understanding of security standards and protocols, such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, TLS, and various encryption algorithms.Experience with IAM tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock and others.Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or related IAM and encryption certifications, are a plus.Knowledge of risk analysis and mitigation strategies.Familiarity with Proof of Concepts or Proof of Value initiatives.Administrative & Compliance Requirements:Adherence to Allianz Technology's policies and procedures.Compliance with security and privacy regulations.Your mission in the role will be:You will own the tool architecture and together with the Product Owners, the Tribe Lead and the Tribe architect contribute to the development of a future proof IAM tool solution.You will help to analyze the Identity and Access Management (IAM) application and infrastructure portfolio of our customers
