Please do not contact the recruiter directly.What You'll Do:The Sales Strategy team's overarching objective is to enhance the overall effectiveness and performance of the sales organization. This involves contributing to strategic insights, data-driven analyses, and collaborative planning to support the achievement of sales goals and objectives.As part of the team, your main mission will be to deliver robust, intuitive, and consumable analytical insights and reporting to empower Criteo's Enterprise team to build and drive its commercial plan. This role is a great opportunity to be exposed to Criteo's full product scope (Performance Marketing, Retail Media, CGrid) in our largest European market.Your tasks will include (but are not limited to):Strategic Planning: Support definition and tracking of our commercial strategy, revenue plan and priorities for the year.Segmentation & Opportunity Identification: Segment our market and our customers, identify opportunities and prioritize based on their current and potential value.Forecasting: Drive our quarterly topline reforecast process.Reports and Analysis: Generate detailed reports and analyses to provide meaningful insights into sales performance, including business plan execution and pipeline management.Action Planning: Actively support discussions and development of strategic action plans, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and continuous improvement.Informed Decision-Making: Support the creation of detailed reports, analyses, and actionable insights to empower sales leaders in making well-informed and strategic decisions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (Commercial teams, Finance, SalesOps etc.) to ensure a cohesive and synchronized approach to business objectives and customer needs.Who You Are:Proven experience in Strategy Consulting, Finance or Business Intelligence / Data Analysis.Analytical Thinker: You are an analytical, data-driven individual capable of translating complex information into clear and strategic insights. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Business Partner: As a member of the Sales Strategy team, you will be an essential strategic partner for sales leadership, actively contributing to strategy development and execution.Effective Communicator: With great communication skills, you can articulate ideas clearly and positively influence team decisions.Detail-Oriented: Your attention to detail is remarkable, ensuring accuracy and quality in the analyses and reports produced.Team Player: You are a dedicated collaborator, capable of working effectively in a team and cooperating with different departments to achieve common goals.We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
