WHAT YOU WILL DO We are currently seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer for the Platform Engineering team , with good tech skills and open to work with new technologies.
You will focus on building, improving, and maintaining tools, services, and systems that enable developers across the organization to work more efficiently.
This includes creating developer platforms, maintaining services and libraries, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and enhancing internal tools to reduce friction in the software development lifecycle.
A TYPICAL DAY Ruby on Rails application and library development Working with Platform Engineering to build and deliver features Develop client and service APIs for partners and our own applications Identify and participate in code reviews to apply best practices for software development Build efficient and reusable Back-end systems and abstractions Contribute to designing the architecture of our Back-end system Testing strategy for any feature implemented and addressing performance issues Provide technical guidance and hands-on experience in software development.
Working with Cloud infrastructure, databases, queues, and messaging Fun at work WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Expert Ruby coder Knowledge in Backend development and design PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis Git version control export Experience in scaling and web performance.

You will meet two of your future colleagues from the Platform area, who will explain to you in more detail what the team's day-to-day life is and its responsibilities.
They will be very interested in expanding information about their experience in the world of infrastructure and systems, both from a corporate and application point of view.
If everything has gone well and you have impressed our colleagues... we advance to the Second Technical Interview !
In line with the previous one, you will meet two other members of the Platform team, who will continue to deepen your knowledge at the level of methodologies, roles and previous projects, as well as in relation to your background in our reference technological environments (cloud, containers, Kubernetes, etc.)
If you've made it this far, things are getting interesting...
It's time for your Final Interview !
