We are looking for a (Senior) Revenue Operations & Strategy Manager to join our field operations team within RevOps, reporting to the RevOps Lead for DemandGen & Partnerships.Your mission is to drive the overall productivity and effectiveness of the Sales Development and Partnerships functions. You will work in one of the most dynamic demand generation organisations in Europe, so we are looking for big thinkers who love solving big hairy problems.Role Requirements: What you need to succeed You have 3-6 years experience in RevOps / sales operations or strategy consulting or equivalent experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS companyFront-line experience in go-to-market roles is a strong plus, ideally sales, partnerships or channel managementExecution focus - Instead of just advising, you like to own and drive things yourself. You don't rest until the rubber hits the roadProject Management - You know how to plan, manage and steer projects to ensure high quality deliverables and impactBusiness analytics and visualization - You love data and enjoy building analyses and dashboards, using GSheets/Excel and Powerpoint. Advanced skills like SQL, Tableau, Python are a plus.Demonstrated experience working, collaborating and communicating exceptionally well with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teamsB2B SaaS sales processes and tools: Knowledge of key SaaS metrics and experience with CRM software, i.E.
