The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be part of our Spanish and LATAM team, generating its own portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities: Publishing job adverts (website, employment job boards, LinkedIn) Client meetings Attending international conferences Managing recruitment processes through the interview stage until the final offer Negotiate offers Business Development - build a portfolio of new clients Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in recruitment Renewable Energy knowledge or experience will be a plus High level of English Spanish native Additional Information: Multitask person Energy and proactivity to deliver the service with high standards Good communication skills Ability to work as part of a team Excellent time management and organisational skills Able to work autonomously Ambitious and motivated Attention to detail Persistency and resilience Competitive Salary package, monthly commission based on performance, private medical insurance, flexibility, long-term career progression, and the opportunity to work in an international team and atmosphere.
