The Role: Our opportunity is your chance to play a crucial role in redefining the world of talent.
As a Senior Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process.
You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements.
This role requires you to use recruitment technology tools and manage end-to-end processes for Johnson and Johnson.
You'll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.
Key Accountabilities:Things you will do:
Manage end-to-end recruitments for commercial, strategic, high-level roles based in Spain and Portugal, collaborating with Client and senior stakeholders to understand and regularly update hiring needs and optimal resource allocation.Facilitate the Interview and selection process.Build strong and trusted partner relationships with the Client and Hiring Managers.Act as a strategic partner and advisor regarding the sourcing and recruitment process.Provide strategic advice to Hiring Managers at each stage of the recruitment process.Use knowledge of the local market to design optimal recruitment and sourcing strategy.Skills & Experience:You'll need to demonstrate:
5+ years of experience in managing global end-to-end recruitment processes.Experience in recruiting for roles within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.Demonstrable ability to act as a trusted advisor, engaging with senior stakeholders.Experience in working with recruitment systems/ATSs.Excellent communication skills.Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English (C1+), both written and spoken is required.Why AMS?At AMS, we recognise the value of different perspectives and experiences in prompting innovation, sparking creativity, and solving problems.
