We are seeking a Freelance Sourcing Specialist to support our recruitment efforts, especially in the healthcare industry.
This is a commission-based role, ideal for a proactive individual who excels in identifying and engaging large pools of candidates.
Your primary focus will be on sourcing candidates for multiple positions simultaneously, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified talent for our recruitment team to place.
Key Responsibilities Proactively source and identify candidates using advanced search techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
Engage and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required skills and experience for open positions.
Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for various client mandates.
Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates to ensure a strong long-term talent network.
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified candidates for client presentation.
Keep up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain regular communication with team members.
Essential Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in a fast-paced sourcing environment, preferably in an agency setting, with a specialization in healthcare recruitment.
Expertise with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, and ATS platforms.
Ability to manage multiple roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships with candidates and working collaboratively with recruitment teams.
