Senior Real Estate Sales Agent

Do you have experience in real estate sales and love to work with international clients?
This is a great opportunity to join the sales team in one of Europe's most consolidated sport and leisure destinations, founded over 40 years ago.
We seek: Demonstrable and successful experience in real estate sales, especially with off-plan properties in resorts and luxury communities.
Fluent English is a requirement.
French and/or Dutch highly valued.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Ability to collaborate efficiently with other real estate agents and brokers in the area.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external providers.
Self-motivated, independent, and collaborative.
Specific tasks: Help clients choose new-build or resale homes.
Accompany potential clients on tours to visit the properties on-site.
Negotiate and close sales of properties.
Management of administrative and contractual procedures.
Management of the agenda of meetings with clients.
Manage the La Manga Club Properties offices and receive potential clients.
Follow up with potential clients delivered by marketing and advertising campaigns and record progress in the CRM.
Reporting on and segmentation of leads, visits, and clients.
Availability for travel.
