We are overall responsible for all Procurement activities within Vestas, including leading global and cross-functional teams, developing and implementing commodity strategies across modules, creating and capturing end-to-end value, supplier relationship management, and supplier account management, performance metrics monitoring, and development.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate on definition and deployment of the strategyDrive the standardization of processes within the departmentCreating standard toolsDrive the implementation of the sustainability strategy in Construction ProcurementManage tender processes, bid development, and sub-contract negotiationsDevelop supplier portfolioQualificationsBachelor's degree or higher, preferred within the field of engineering.At least 5 years experience in subcontracting and purchasing mechanical and electrical works. Wind sector is preferred, but O&G and Infrastructure is valid.Construction project management experience is valued.Analytical and negotiation skillsExperience in project-based purchasing and pre-contract bid management, category management, and Supplier Relationship ManagementFluent English is mandatory.
