Senior Project Manager Leisure Groups - (Madrid)

Empresas: Liberty Iberian Leisure & Events We are looking for a Senior Project Manager specialized in Leisure Groups to be part of our team in Madrid.
Liberty International Spain is a DMC of Liberty International Tourism Group, the leading independent and privately owned international Destination Management Company, established 33 years ago, and operating in more than 90 destinations worldwide.
Your Tasks: • Design and operating itineraries around Spain to create unique experiences for groups of different segments and markets.
• Sourcing and coordination of all elements of travel programs (hotels, restaurants, guides, transportation, activities, etc.)
• Contact and negotiation with local suppliers and international clients • Preparation of presentations for clients, roadbooks and vouchers • Quoting, Billing and closing of files.

Any other language, German or French, would be an asset.
• Good knowledge of Spain as a Leisure destination • Pro-active and enthusiastic personality with a high level of self-motivation • Common Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and an aptitude for learning database management programs.
