.Proyectos Industriales- MADRID-CAMPO DE LAS NACIONES(ESP)- España**Descripción del puesto**The Senior PM will be responsible to manage the construction of the batch of projects specified by the Regional Senior HV Project Manager to successfully deliver the projects from RTB stage thru COD.- With the support of the Regional Senior Project Manager in charge of the respective batch of HV projects, the Senior PM will coordinate with the resources assigned to the HV projects (procurement, HSE, technical, permitting, etc) to reach the highest standards and achieved the COD as planned.- Monitor the EPC Contracts in terms of schedule, cost,and scope.- Monitor the compliance with the EPC contract annexes to achieve milestones requirements.- Coordination with local authorities to comply with permitting requirements. Face to face meetings may be required- Report periodically of the progress made- Lead weekly & monthly meetings with EPC contractor, Owner´s Engineer.
