SUCCESSFACTORS EC-ECP PROJECT MANAGER The Project Manager is responsible for the successful management of one or more country implementation projects eventually part of a large program with responsibility for delivering a defined section within SuccessFactors environment.
Your responsibilities: Manages project deliverables, scope and expectations and coordinates project progress with stakeholders and program management. Interfaces independently with all functional and business areas/groups affected by the project. Works closely with Resource Managers to ensure adequate allocation of resources to projects is being managed. Develops and tracks to detailed project plan, including schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans and issue resolution plans. Makes project decisions and recommendations to program management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation with input from others as needed. Communicates and reports status to program management and all other stakeholders e.g., Status Reports, steering input, etc. Provides leadership to his/her project teams. Employs project management best practice methodologies working within a framework that includes process definition, templates, tools and Alight standards. Coaches team members to reach common project goals/objectives. Identifies training needs within his project team. Manages the project budget including the estimates created during the funding process, the ongoing allocation of financial resources and the regular reporting of the state of the project financials. Ensures C-sat meets the agreed target, taking ownership with the AD, to drive improved customer satisfaction at project level. Monitors the project deliverables are within Alight's standard delivery model and deviations are identified and reported. Drives CR's through changes to agreed standard/contract, mitigating any commercial risk. Drives improved project performance through continuous improvement and transformation activities. Works with third party providers to deliver contractual commitments. Your experience: At least 4 years' experience in IT-project management with background within SAP payroll implementation or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. Certification in at least two SuccessFactors modules. Willingness to travel. Vendor management experience. Fluent in English (written, spoken). Experience within the HR-domain. Ideally PMP certification or similar (PRINCE2, Agile, SCRUM). Ideally HR Consulting and/or outsourcing industry experience. Your skills: Leadership skills.
