We build the technology that makes the magic of Amazon happen for hundreds of millions of customers around the world.The EU Direct Fulfillment (DF) team within SCOT is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive DF expansion in the EU Emerging Stores (NL, PL, SE, BE and more). In addition to launching and scaling DF in EU Emerging Stores, you will be responsible for managing the ambiguity between what needs to be done "in-country" vs. what should be managed by the central teams. You will be responsible for driving vendor expansion and experience, the speed & accuracy charter, as well as developing ambitious ramp-up plans and coordinating with in-country Retail teams to deliver growth. Additionally, you will develop high value strategic initiatives across the EU Emerging regions, design and implement pilots, and create clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to be included into the management cycles. You will work with the SCOT Product and Tech teams to ensure that initiatives are implemented in scalable and tech-driven ways.Key job responsibilitiesAchieve business, CX and VX objectives and drive the growth of Amazon's DF business in EU Emerging storesIdentify opportunities to improve access and scalability of DF for all vendors in NL, PL, SE, BE through scalable solutions and manage the roll-out of these solutionsShare and adopt learnings from your global counterparts in other emerging country stores (JP, AE, KSA, EG, AU, TR) to drive best practices and to identify new opportunitiesConduct deep dives to understand root causes of vendor performance and actions to accelerate growthWork closely with Category teams to identify category specific growth opportunities (specifically in non-sort, HB, tail and high ASP selection)Identify and manage projects to improve customer and vendor experience, working closely with internal and external teamsMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degreeMaster's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related fieldExperience in program or project managementExperience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipExperience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsExperience in launching and scaling businesses from scratch, working with operations, business (retail) and product teams to find scalable solutions to cross early adoption barriersExperience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
