Amazon Ads offers a rich array of digital advertising solutions with the goal of helping our customers find and discover anything they want to buy. If you're interested in joining a rapidly growing team working to build a unique, world-class Ads support model with a relentless focus on the customer, we are seeking an experienced Ads program manager to set up a new Ads support program for SMB advertisers across 6 continents.
Key job responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast growing and entrepreneurial organization, bringing innovation and growing adoption of Amazon Ads. In particular you will:
Build up the 1:1 support management program for unmanaged advertisers which will consist of an in-house team & an outsourced vendor with SOPs, process adherence, mechanisms and service guidelines.Monitor & improve performance of both teams by incorporating SOPs, training plans and a performance scorecard that includes best practices, procedures, and a framework for innovations.Define metrics, tools, and processes to achieve high-value actions (HVA), marketing-driven revenue (MDR), and productivity goals.Identify gaps in Amazon's Ads 1:1 support offering for unmanaged advertisers compared to competitors, and collaborate with the relevant teams to develop plans to address those gaps.Identify opportunities to improve Amazon's ad products based on customer feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps with competitive products.Collaborate with the Ads finance team to build an appropriate attribution model that demonstrates the impact of the ads consultant team. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Experience in professional non-internship marketingExperience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programsExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programsExperience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partnersExperience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
