Atlantis Animation is seeking a highly experienced Senior Production Manager to oversee and manage the production of our animated series and projects. As a Senior Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of production are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Main Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the production team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across all stages of the production process.- Maintain detailed production schedules, ensuring all milestones are met according to the project timelines.- Coordinate with directors, department heads, and other stakeholders to ensure that creative and technical requirements are aligned.- Monitor the progress of production, identifying potential risks and implementing solutions to keep the project on track.- Oversee budget management, including cost tracking, resource allocation, and financial reporting to ensure that the production remains within budget.- Facilitate effective communication between all departments, ensuring that information is accurately conveyed and that any issues are promptly addressed.- Provide leadership and mentorship to the production team, with a positive and productive work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
