Senior Product Manager T-417

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for the Digital Marketing department of the division of collectibles.What you will do: Own the customer value related metrics definition, measurement and tracking.Drive effective and intelligent customer marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns, based on data, to grow the revenue from our customer base.Partner closely with the customer experience management, regional marketing and D2C teams to develop segmented profitability maximisation tests (cross-selling, upselling, targeted products or services etc).Design and drive an integrated current and future offerings across the whole ecosystem based on customer needs, internal products and services, always leveraging on the data available, product launch calendar and D2C ongoing strategies in each market.Identify new growth potential, develop and execute programs to increase customer profitability.Work closely with Marketing, Digital and Product teams to understand strategies, the market environment and customer needs.Launch Plan definition and management per customer cluster segment and country, bearing in mind: profitability, timing, development costs, stock management, market and licences.Requirements: High level of English, Italian will be a plusMore than 7 years of experience in a similar positionPassionate about data and numbersPrevious experience managing profit and loss accounts and physical product (Retail)Good communicator, flexible, strategic thought, stress resilience#J-18808-Ljbffr
