As Director of User Experience, you will use your craft, collaboration, team leadership, and product thinking skills to lead the UX department and evolve the strategic direction of our products.Be a part of a team where you will:Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.Lead and mentor UX managers.Implement and manage a performance culture.Foster a culture of collaboration, feedback, and learning.Recruit & build diverse and inclusive teams for new verticals (scaling the UX team by 3X).Own and scale organizational structure for UX (Design, Research, Ops, etc).Own UX strategy for multiple business domains (tech clusters), sets vision and direction for the UX area.Co-develop the Product vision and strategy along with Product and Engineering senior leadership.Ensure that UX is well-integrated into the Product Development Flow, and advocate for process changes that help product management, engineering, and UX work together to build a great experience.Collaborate with leaders in data and research to strengthen the relationship with quantitative and qualitative insight teams.Foster strong relationships with VPs and stakeholders, effectively advocating for UX strategy and goals.You have:An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude.Proven experience building and leading design and research teams of + people in product-driven organizations.Proven ability to lead and influence both technical and non-technical teams through large-scale projects and programs.Proven experience influencing executives in UX's ROI and value.Relevant experience with similar companies in the sector (SAAS).Proven ability to lead leaders
