Our mission is to empower users with actionable insights for better health and well-being, powered by advanced AI and real-time data analytics.Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development of our smartwatch medical platform.
You will work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, design, and regulatory teams to bring this groundbreaking wearable technology to market.
The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, market understanding, and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes through innovative solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead the product development lifecycle for our medical smartwatch platform, from concept to launch.Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements and ensure seamless hardware-software integration.Develop and manage a product roadmap aligned with company goals, ensuring timely delivery of features.Partner with AI and data science teams to design predictive algorithms for monitoring and analysing vital signs.Oversee user testing to refine features and optimize user experience.Ensure regulatory compliance (CE Mark, FDA) for the medical device platform, coordinating with QA and clinical teams.Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities for platform innovation.Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.Act as the voice of the user, ensuring a patient-centered design approach.Requirements:5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in healthtech, wearables, or medical devices.Proven track record of developing and launching complex hardware-software products.Strong understanding of health and medical device regulations (e.G., MDR, FDA approvals).Experience working with AI/ML teams to build predictive health models is a plus.Technical background (e.G., degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar).Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-disciplinary teams.Fluent in Spanish, English proficiency is a strong plus.Why Join?
