You'll work with an internationally talented team of designers, engineers, and UX writers, working collaboratively to define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure flawless execution.
You'll have the opportunity to:Deeply understand the needs of foreign national investors through user research and market analysis.Develop a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs.Prioritize features and translate them into actionable user stories.Collaborate closely with your squad to design, build, and launch new features.Champion user experience and ensure a smooth, intuitive platform for all usersOwn your work, taking full responsibility for product success.Track key metrics and analyze data to measure the impact of product decisions.About You:4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced SaaS environment.Proven track record of leading a squad and fostering a collaborative work environment.Strong customer empathy with the ability to translate user needs into actionable insights.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.A self-starter who owns what they do and takes initiative to drive results.A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.Fun and positive attitude - we love to work hard and have a good time doing it!Excellent English skillsExperience working remotelyExperience working in an international companyPrior experience in SaaS companiesAdvantages:Prior experience in fintech / real estate products / mortgage products (a strong advantage).A passion for the real estate industry.
