Integrate a broad range of insights into product requirements to enhance user engagement, conversions and retention Define, monitor and analyze metrics that help to measure the success of products Communicate product vision and priorities to internal and external stakeholders Gather requirements, develop product specifications, and execute against them Help the team be faster at executing towards a roadmap that is a balanced portfolio of big bets, tactical changes, and core refinements Requirements Bachelor Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience 6+ Years of product management experience in consumer internet product, services & technology Experience creating platform and business solutions, with an ability to think holistically about one standalone vertical and horizontally across a portfolio of verticals Experience building a product in a rapid growth and fast paced environment, while supporting multiple initiatives at different phases of development with different needs Excellent communication skills and experience managing input from a wide variety of stakeholders Empathy for user problems, and an ability to distill insights into the right product answer Strong analytical ability and proven process of data-validated, hypothesis-driven, experiment-tested decisions Resilient problem solver who gets things done, works effectively under pressure, flexible and willing to learn Plus Passion for languages with language skills in addition to required Mandarin and English Experience or academic knowledge in linguistic
