We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the Core Platform organisation responsible for providing a highly reliable, scalable server-side cloud-based platform that enables game teams, service/tool developers, and data engineers to build, run and operate our games, including Candy Crush Saga. As a Senior Product Manager in Core Platform, you will pair with engineering and work closely with game teams to ease their production and operation cycles, powering them to engage players in amazing gameplay experiences. Core Platform is divided into Product Areas, which are made of Product teams.

Your Role Within the Kingdom

Lead the creation and drive of the vision, strategy, and objectives of the Product Area in collaboration with the other Product Managers.
Support and help grow the other Product Managers in the Product Area. This role does not have people management responsibilities or direct reports.
Build and maintain strong collaboration relationships with your engineer peers.
Bring your experience to improve the existing product practices.
Represent the Product Area in the leadership team of Core Platform.
Create the vision and strategy for your team.
Identify, assess, and prioritise opportunities of investment for your team.
Work with your team to discover the best solution for the identified opportunities and support the production and adoption stages.
Keep constant communication with stakeholders and other business and technology areas for alignment, updates, and follow-up of investments.
Monitor, analyse, and extract insights from the performance of the products you work on.

You have solid and proven experience in product management in a fast-paced environment. You love working collaboratively with your team, peers, and customers for a joint success in solving problems through solutions that are created iteratively. You have experience with high-scale products that are used by millions of users. You like and are knowledgeable of computing technology.
