You will work in a world-class, mission-driven team with Product Design, User Research, Data Scientists, Engineering, and other teams to bring a new exciting product to life. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and experienced teammate who values moving quickly and methodologically, enjoys uncovering customer value while generating impact for the business, and likes working with others.You will help us protect honest people online by:Shaping and executing the product vision, strategies, and roadmaps for our identity or identity verification related products.Working closely with the team to identify and shape opportunities through the use of data and research to create effective hypotheses, validate them, and conduct rapid experimentation before full-scale build.Collaborating with engineering, data scientists, product design, research, product marketing, analytics, legal, and other cross-functional representatives through the ideation, technical development, and launch of products.Defining, collecting, analyzing, and applying data and market insights to inform product opportunities and roadmaps.Defining and applying relevant methodologies, frameworks, insights, and metrics to achieve product-market fit and grow our product successfully.Defining user requirements and working with the team to launch new product iterations and features, measuring their success and performance, and iterating quickly.Managing the product roadmap together with key milestones, features, and enhancements that the product will have over time.Working with engineering to define technical requirements and ensure that the product is feasible and scalable.Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and make data-driven decisions.Communicating progress effectively across the organization to provide visibility and ensure alignment with other teams.You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:At least 7 years of experience in AI product management, with experience in identity or identity verification related fields being a strong plus.A deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and the AI model development process.A growth mindset and experience developing the AI product strategy for 10x growth.Experience in launching zero-to-one products.Experience developing and launching successful products in a fast-growth company.Enjoyment in talking to customers regularly, doing product discovery, and working with them to validate problems and whiteboard solutions.The ability to collaborate effectively and build strong, effective relationships.Comfort working in an agile and flexible way, able to iterate and pivot with the help of data and insights.Knowledge of what frameworks and metrics to apply to achieve product-market fit
