The Senior Product Analyst will be responsible for delivering high quality insights and detailed analysis, contributing to our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth analysis of consumer behavior and product performance to inform product strategy and decision-making.Collaborate with product management and cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and success criteria for new product launches and feature releases.Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and validate product assumptions.Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to increase conversion and retention.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key product metrics.Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders and make data-driven recommendations.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product analytics.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or analytical field (e.G.
Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science)Strong experience as a product analyst or similar role for software companies/productsStrong experience in SQL and PythonExperience in data visualization and reporting tools (e.G.
Tableau, Looker, PowerBI)Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insightsExperience with A/B testing and other experimentation methodsKnowledge of machine learning techniques and tools is a plus (e.G.
