In CRAFT MADRID, we are looking for a Senior Print Producer with a high level of English and French to join our team in Madrid. In this position, you will be managing and executing a variety of print projects (and eventually digital projects) working alongside the internal team and external clients, media agencies & providers and following the guidance of the team's Print Producer.
Responsibilities Helps plan, manage and oversee the design production of our clients' master collateral, press and OOH resizes with the print studio.Manages ongoing print communication and workflow with internal and external teams, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and asset deliverables.Understands media production plans and print specifications to ensure that deliverables are compliant with suppliers' and clients' requirements.Assumes responsibility to ensure that assigned projects are delivered to the highest quality, within timescales and budget.Understands client's requirements and feedback from clients, creative and account management team.Has a strong eye-to-detail to advise best practices in keeping brand and layout consistency across the clients' collateral across the different markets.Participates in creating estimates, POs, managing cost reconciliation and projects using project management tools and procurement management systems.Must be able to work under the guidance of the Print Producer and the Business Leads to achieve the desired level of quality and technical accuracy of the deliverables.Requirements 2-3 years work experience managing and executing a variety of print projects in an agency or in-house setting.Fluent in French (C1+).An understanding of advertising agency workflow.Solution-oriented, self-driven, comfortable working independently, and able to exercise good judgment in tight deadlines.Engages to ensure that assigned projects are delivered to the highest quality, within timescales.Strong interpersonal skills, to efficiently communicate in a multicultural environment with internal team members and outside vendors.Well organized and resilient in fast-paced environments.A proactive thinker, with a positive attitude.Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to lean on project management software.What we offer Indefinite contract.#Hybrid model.Training plans in our extensive training platform.23 working days of vacation, plus 2 long weekends of your choice, plus 3 days at Easter, plus 3 days at Christmas.The day of your birthday off!Incorporation in a multinational company with high professional, economic and financial solvency that leads new, innovative and large-scale projects.
