Requirements : Specific Activities : Accountable for defining the portfolio strategy for the company. Ensure Pipeline Growth by creating an ideation eco-system and proactively identifying new product opportunities from generic to value added medicines Create, maintain and promote internal and external ideation platforms Lead cross-functional ideation teams and new product idea discussions Ensure, implement, and continuously improve a consistent methodology and process for all new pipeline evaluations Represent the company in relevant conferences and other industry events. Build and and maintain a network with industry professionals in portfolio and related functions to support external ideation. Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration Demonstrated record of accomplishments in pharmaceutical industry in portfolio related functions, with 5+ years of relevant professional experience Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry High analytical skills Advanced skills in Microsoft office applications and consolidating external data sources Positive, team player, resilient and result oriented attitude with an entrepreneurial / commercial driven mindset and strong relationship management skills High proactivity and coordination skills High learning agility and open mindset for change. #J-18808-Ljbffr
