Come build the future with us!We are searching for a Program Manager to oversee the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) experience across the European Union. This role will initially join as an individual contributor but has the potential for growth as our organization continues to expand.The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and consolidating information from the primary points of contact with Amazon's last-mile logistics partners in all EU countries. Their primary focus will be to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the DSP Experience throughout the region.In this IC role, they will lead the development and implementation of a program strategy tailored to the unique needs and challenges of DSPs in each EU country. This includes collecting feedback, analyzing performance data, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies at a granular, country-specific level from the primary DSP contacts. Additionally, they will oversee the consolidation of programmatic updates, initiatives, and project execution details from these contacts, ensuring effective management of resources, timelines, and budgets.As we grow, there will be opportunities for this individual to expand their responsibilities and potentially build a team to support the DSP Experience program across the EU. Continuous performance monitoring, data-driven optimization, and effective communication with internal stakeholders and senior leadership across the EU will be crucial, leveraging the information gathered from the primary DSP points of contact.This IC role presents a promising path for career advancement within our expanding organization.Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree- Experience in program management leading large projects with multiple stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications- MBA or Master's degree- Program Management expertise including the ability to organize tasks, prioritize competing demands, find solutions, and follow through to successful implementation- Change Management experience is a big plus- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent)- Comfort with ambiguity and an ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
