Key Responsibilities Coach and Support Managers: Provide guidance and mentorship to managers, many of whom are still developing their leadership skills.Help managers navigate employee relations challenges, set expectations, and build high-performing teams.Drive People Operations: Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.Develop and execute processes for performance management, feedback, and development planning.Partner with leadership to align people strategies with business goals.Build and Scale HR Foundations: Design and implement scalable HR policies and practices suited for a high-growth startup.Identify opportunities for process improvement and create efficient solutions.Foster a Collaborative Culture: Serve as a cultural ambassador, promoting teamwork, transparency, and a shared sense of purpose.Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts with professionalism and empathy.Handle High Workloads with Agility: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of work, prioritizing tasks effectively.Take initiative and remain adaptable to evolving business needs.Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner.Proven experience in a startup or high-growth environment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly.Strong coaching skills, with the ability to guide and influence managers at all levels.Deep understanding of people operations, employee relations, and organizational development.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.Highly proactive, self-motivated, and autonomous in driving initiatives forward.
