You'll empower our People Managers to excel, advocate for organizational health and talent density, and impact the employee journey systemically. Success will mean positively influencing company-wide performance and engagement in a scalable way.Your mission:Lead the Talent Review exercise to support Leaders in the assessment of their teams: understand the key drivers of performance, and collaborate in the definition of actions including behavior/performance improvement plans, development plans and coaching conversations.Upskill and build a cohesive people manager class: deliver a yearly training program linked to our People Manager persona and create rituals and frameworks for peer-to-peer development.Solidify the Employee Journey, empowering People Managers to act independently and effectively at the key touchpoints that ensure a strong employee experience.Deep dive into the People strategy, provide inputs, and identify opportunities to support the overall business.Mentor and Partner with other People team members to drive the People team's performance to the next level.About you:You have 3+ years of experience as a People Partner / Human Resources Business Partner, ideally in a scaling tech start-up.You possess strategic thinking and are capable of balancing long-term vision with short-term prioritiesYou canutilize tools, automation, and stakeholder empowerment to drive effectiveness at scale.You are analytical and data-driven, proficient in gathering insights from qualitative and quantitative data, and make decisionsYou have coaching skills, and you're seen as a trusted advisor in solving critical issues, skilled at influencing diverse stakeholders to address potential business risks.You have Talent Management Acumen, and you understand the nuances of performance and potential traits, guiding the organization towards maximizing talent density
