.The opportunity:To qualify for the role, you must have:3+ years of experience in Dev / ITSec conducting commercial penetration tests projectsKnowledge of security issues at the technical levelKnowledge of solutions and recommendations to prevent or mitigate security vulnerabilitiesDeep understanding of how information technology systems work:networking architecturenetworking protocolsoperating systemsAutonomy and maturity in what you do as a security professionalConsulting and communication skills to provide technical security expertise understandable by a non-technical audienceOSCP, OSWE, GPEN certificate or similarVery good command of the English languageGerman or other European language would be an advantage but not mandatory.Ideally, you'll also have:Documented participation in Bug Bounty programs or acknowledgment of Responsible Disclosures outside those programsGranted CVEsFamiliarity with Red Team methodologies (MITRE, Social engineering, OSINT, etc.
