Salary: R17 500 to R27 500 pm + R1000 Connectivity allowance

First and foremost we are looking for an HR Generalist who is client-centric. We pride ourselves in WOWing our clients.
Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for HR-related matters.Identify opportunities to upsell our services, ensuring clients are aware of the full range of solutions we offer.Collaborate strategically with our recruiters, providing them with regular feedback on client hiring needs and preferences.Employee Onboarding: Prepare and distribute onboarding forms, offer letters, and employment contracts and coordinate the sourcing and delivery of IT equipment for new hires.HR Guidance: Provide guidance on employee relations issues, HR compliance matters, and best practices. Manage employees through their probationary period, disciplinary processes, and offboarding procedures.HR Procedures: Conduct and chair disciplinary hearings, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.HR Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for clients.Employee Offboarding: Manage the offboarding process, including sending offboarding emails tailored to the nature of the departure. Oversee the collection and return of IT equipment from departing employees.General Client Requests: Handle changes to employment contracts such as salary adjustments and working hours. Provide general HR advice and support as needed.IR Guidance: Make sure our clients adhere to all regulatory requirements, and advise them on South African Legislation.CCMA and Labour Court representation: represent our clients at the CCMA and Labour Courts (very seldom).Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Law,Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably within an EOR, Recruitment Labour Broking/Contract Worker, orsimilar environment.Strong understanding of South African labour law, regulations, and best practices.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
