To learn more, visit us at kahoot.com, and let's play!The roleAs a Senior Online Product Marketing Manager, you will work closely with key teams throughout Kahoot! to optimize commercial opportunities and create the best customer journey for teachers and educators. As part of the at School segment, you will be responsible for identifying, planning, and executing the different activities for our online offerings in Kahoot!.You will own and follow up on key performance indicators for the at School segment and report on relevant areas, including online sales, marketing performance, website traffic, activation, and customer retention. You will report to the Online Sales Director.ResponsibilitiesServe as the main contact and go-to person for all digital customer experience initiatives across our at School segment and take responsibility for aligning, planning, and reporting on defined activities with leadership.Identify strategic market opportunities and own operational initiatives A-Z to commercially grow the at School segment for teachers and educators and meet quarterly goals.Knowledge of K12 and/or Higher ed system is a strong plus.Lead weekly and monthly status and growth meetings with the CX team and the at School management group.Create, align and present quarterly Business Plan Reviews and KPI reporting with and for Kahoot! senior management.Work together with our campaign team to plan and deliver on commercial campaigns for the at School segment.Define and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with leadership and product teams.Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate and optimize end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels, platforms, and customer touchpoints.Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows within the School segment's marketing and customer experience initiatives.Provide efficient and clear communication to internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications8+ years of experience in online sales and/or marketing, working with multi-disciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.Proven track record of driving marketing and/or online sales results, preferably in the SaaS industry (Edtech is a plus).Analytical with a strong understanding of business and commercialization.A good understanding of and passion for technology/Edtech and customer experience is a must.Demonstrated project management experience.Proactive, self-driven, well-organized and energized by a performance- and result-oriented environment.Excellent English communication skills.Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business administration, branding or similar.Proven ability to think holistically and strategically and execute methodically.BenefitsA competitive compensation package.Paid maternity and paternity leave.Home broadband allowance.Mobile subscription.Lunch contribution.Hybrid work setup.Flexible working.Buddy program.Social and company events (virtual and in person).A diverse, friendly and international environment.Modern office in central Copenhagen.
