Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Administration:

Manage financial processes, including cash flow, expenses, payments, and cost forecasting.
Coordinate with external consultants on legal, tax, and regulatory issues.
Supervise contracts and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Oversee the preparation and filing of reports, presentations, and essential documents.
Support the Managing Director with entity-related tasks.

Office Management:

Manage the local office team.
Handle facility management and relations with the landlord.
Manage travel in line with company guidelines.
Manage relationships with suppliers, including accountants, lawyers, and banks.
Negotiate with vendors and renew contracts as required to support the company's operations, including company mobiles.
Organize company events and support additional projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Spanish.
Experience in working in a multitasking position and in an international environment.
Proven experience in facility management, administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a multitasking position touching areas such as general administration of a company, facility, and people management.
Self-driven with multitasking ability.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Very good analytical skills, proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
