The Job This position oversees/coordinates the internal operations of content for the Max platform.
She/he is also responsible for providing content updates, resolving issues, and serving as a link between the operational teams and the strategy team.
In this role, the Sr. Media Administrator is responsible for maintaining and keeping up to date the 30 days Smartsheet tracker, daily follow-up on the Media Ops process in all of our properties, communicating content status on a weekly basis, and keeping a detailed tracking status on Original Content Production (LOP's).
Additionally, the Sr. Media Administrator has strong knowledge of language usage, is detail-oriented, has a solid background in internal operation processes, and represents our internal team when necessary.
The Daily - Major Activities Content Management: Responsible for obtaining accurate information about content/components status of all original or acquired content with different Ops teams such as: VOD team, Media Ops, Dubbing & Subtitling dept, Strategy team, Metadata teams, Artwork teams, etc.
Track component/content status.
Report any content/component issues that may need revision and follow up on resolution with the appropriate teams.
Create and update any information that could affect the structure of content.
Contribute to the Case Creation/Selection teams on any information needed for the proper content publishing process.
Content Tracking: Track content/components status needed for publishing.
For missing assets, maintain a deep follow-up status with the appropriate teams.
Provide updates on content availability weekly, keeping key teams updated such as: strategy, Content Ops, etc.
Provide status on critical content and work with the appropriate teams on different scenarios if needed.
Handle different types of content that require diverse needs (e.g., Day & Date content, branded content, gold medal content, social media content, etc.).
Content Readiness: Ensure the timely publication of content under the Max streaming platform.
Secure that all components (video, metadata, and artwork) are up to date and correspond to the content published.
Content Troubleshooting/Resolution: Follow up on issues/rejections with the appropriate teams as well as with the support team for final resolution.
Create, deliver, and follow up on ticket requests to the support team.
Track updates until resolution.
Regional Collaboration: Collaborate actively with the US team and different regions, providing publishing status on Latam's Original Content shared with them.
Track and participate in regional meetings on content shared with Latam.
The Essentials Broad knowledge and experience in the Media industry.
Ability to handle challenging situations.
Experience in communication skills.
Degree or equivalent experience in the English language.
Ability to set priorities.
The Nice to Haves Broad knowledge and experience in operational processes.
General knowledge of project management.
General knowledge of OTT platforms.
