About the role: As a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist within the Revenue Operations team, you'll play a key role in enhancing our marketing processes to drive scalable growth and take our revenue engine to the next level.
By leveraging data-driven insights, you will have a direct impact on optimizing the efficiency of marketing strategies.
You'll be the one driving the Marketing tech stack to ensure seamless alignment and maximize operational output.
Your mission: Oversee Data: Monitor the quality and integrity of data within Hubspot and other marketing platforms.
Manage Processes: Regularly review and refine marketing processes for optimal efficiency.
Manage Tools: Oversee the use of Hubspot, Google Analytics, Meta, Google Ads, Unbounce, and other connected platforms.
Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for the marketing team.
Your profile: 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations.
Proven expertise in streamlining business processes to boost efficiency, with experience scaling and refining workflows to meet the evolving needs of a growing organization.
Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta, Google Ads, Unbounce; experience with SQL is a plus.
Strong skills in analyzing and interpreting data, with a proven ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to foster cross-departmental collaboration, ensure alignment on objectives and strategies, and effectively present complex projects to leadership teams.
