Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Analyst Media Effectiveness (all genders) who will work closely with the Marketing Analytics Spoke Lead and Marketing Intelligence Director, being responsible for measuring the effectiveness of our media mix and shaping the media investment strategy.
Your responsibilities: Data-driven Decision Making:Implement a full funnel measurement strategy (brand and performance) for offline and digital media channels' effectiveness.Establish an incrementality framework for testable channels, plan and coordinate tests with marketing managers.Collaborate with Marketing Measurement and Planning Expert to improve our media optimization strategies to achieve high-level business goals with measurement constraints.Identify the effectiveness of marketing campaigns for different business ROI drivers in various customer cohorts.Collaboration:Establish and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including marketing analysts, marketing department heads, and external partners, especially for coordination of incrementality test calendar.Foster collaboration across different business areas to achieve strategic objectives.Host training sessions for colleagues within and outside the team on your areas of expertise for knowledge sharing.Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization of media investment planning.Foster a test-learn-improve cycle for media effectiveness measurement.Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous tests to enhance future initiatives.Communication and Reporting:Prepare and present regular reports (tableau and presentations) to the CMO, Marketing Intelligence Director, marketing leads, and other relevant stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
