Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the marketing strategy for innovative pain management products, aligning with both short- and long-term business goals.
Lead market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and propose strategies to enhance market share and product profitability.
Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, integrating both traditional and digital media, with a focus on optimising ROI.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Research & Development, and other departments to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and full compliance with industry regulations.

Who We're Looking For: Advanced level of English (C1) and Spanish (bilingual/native), both written and spoken.
Experience in budget management, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise campaign ROI.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Strong analytical skills, capable of conducting detailed market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities for growth and strategy adjustment.
Proven experience in developing and leading multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable impact, including digital and traditional media.
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, both local and international, with a strong understanding of compliance standards.
5 to 8 years of experience in similar roles within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the generics sector.
