Job Title Senior Manager, Talent Management Spain and Portugal

Summary In this role, you will foster career growth and leadership development by building robust Talent Management processes that align with both organizational goals and cultural values, ensuring a steady pipeline of engaged, high-performing talent.

Key Accountabilities Talent Strategy Implementation - Budget Responsibility Execute global development strategy/projects/programs for Spain and Portugal. Design local development projects/program for managers and staff to guide employee development efforts, establishing programs for upskilling and professional growth. Ensure equitable and transparent Promotions and Mobility processes, integrating best practices to support workforce retention. Provide senior leadership with data-driven insights on performance trends and development needs, supporting strategic talent decisions. Training Collect and implement the training plan/activities in Spain and Portugal aligned with business needs. Work together with People & Culture Business Partners and line managers to define training needs, design an appropriate training calendar, and implement all planned training activities and logistics. Manage the distribution of online training licenses such as LinkedIn, Pluralsight. Define ad hoc trainings for different audiences. Performance Management Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance and support to managers and employees in Workday. Analyze training providers ensuring the best cost-benefit option; prepare, post, and follow-up on RFPs when needed. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Develop and execute a comprehensive D&I strategy aligned with the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy and framework. Design and deliver awareness programs to enhance cultural competence, mitigate unconscious bias, and promote inclusion in the workplace. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to champion D&I efforts and build partnerships that support the company's D&I goals. The Ideal Candidate Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in talent management, employee development, Business Partner with a strong focus on talent or a similar role. Strong knowledge of talent management best practices, employee engagement strategies, and performance management systems. Proven track record of designing and implementing talent management programs that drive business results. Strong understanding of performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
