Reporting directly to the CEO and the Head of Strategy & Operations, this individual will be responsible for defining project objectives, conducting strategy, overseeing reports and analysis, creating timelines, and facilitating clear and consistent communication across all teams.Project Leadership: Lead and oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet high-quality standards, are delivered on time, and within budgetClient Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, particularly in the financial and consumer goods sectors. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfactionStrategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic project plans that align with client objectives and overall business goals. Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within projectsTeam Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers and support staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environmentRisk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
