Are you ready to join us?What do we have to offer?An attractive salary based on your experience and achievement, with the freedom to compose your personal benefit package.A dynamic environment: flexible working hours and working from home – everything is negotiable.Learning opportunities through an individual development plan and professional training.Career growth: whether you want to become more of an expert in your field or expand your knowledge horizontally, there is always room to grow within SD Worx!What do you have to offer?At least 5 years of experience as a consultant.At least 2 years of experience in Forecasting and Scheduling within UKG solutions (such as UKG Dimensions).Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and services.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Certification in UKG solutions (preferred).Excellent command of the English language.Which tasks can you expect?Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze integration requirements.Design and develop solutions for UKG products, including UKG Dimensions and other UKG applications.Configure and implement UKG FS end to end.Ensure data accuracy and consistency across integrated systems.Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.Conduct testing and validation of solutions to ensure quality and performance.Provide technical support and guidance to clients during and after the implementation phase.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and solutions.Stay updated with the latest UKG features and best practices.Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.SD Worx lives diversity in the workplace.
