Job Role: Senior Manager (21) The opportunity: Our Enterprise Risk practice within FSO (Financial Services organization) is a specialty consulting practice within Risk Consulting providing comprehensive services through a suite of strategic, outsourcing, and industry-focused operational recommendations that help companies around the world evaluate and enhance their risk management and internal audit functions.
This is a client-facing role in a rapidly growing practice, where you'll build client relationships with key stakeholders, including management executives for some of the most globally recognized brands. You'll also team with our performance improvement professionals in multidisciplinary engagements, helping major global clients transform and sustain business performance.

Your key responsibilities: Client Management Delivers an exceptional service experience across engagements and develops an account management mindset.Develops ideas to expand current offerings and initiates client discussions.Market Leadership Builds networks across our firm to support our market agenda and reputation.Manages team and project resources and budgets effectively.Ability to drive the development of market-leading technology solutions for our clients.Quality delivery Manage multiple offshore client engagements and related project teams.Continuous monitoring of the engagement progress and update key stakeholders about progress and expected outcomes.Identify process gaps and provide recommendations based on the client's business process and industry practice.Operational Excellence Suggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for improving client service.Manage engagement budgets and ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality & risk management procedures.People Management Responsible for the performance and appraisal of direct reports, including training and developing necessary skill sets.Mentor and coach junior team members to help them meet their performance goals.Responsible for resolving competing priorities and resource allocation issues.Qualifications: +10 years of Big 4 or industry experience in executing & managing audits across 3 Lines of defence (RCSA, Compliance, Internal Audit, Internal Controls, Quality Assurance etc.)In-depth experience in Banking & Capital Markets.Strong oral & written communication skills, ability to articulate discussions.Globally mobile and flexible to travel to onsite locations.
