If you are seeking an opportunity to propel your career and challenge your creativity, we want to meet you! As part of Schneider Digital, Enterprise IT Europe (400+ team members organisation), you report directly to the Project Management, Change & Communications Director.

As a Senior Digital Project Manager, you will:Lead various IT projects, from full ERP deployment projects to domain-specific upgrades.Manage functional teams (project team).Meet service commitments (delivery, cost, deadlines, quality).Follow budget actuals monthly and report accordingly, triggering internal chargeback with the controlling team.Handle business relations, internal reporting, and governance meetings.Ensure project methodology and associated PMO activities are applied.Contribute to project pre-studies as needed, and support anticipation phases.Excel in change management.Oversee project governance & steering committees.Manage escalation, in alignment with the IT Europe leadership team.Communicate project updates and share resource challenges with the IT Europe leadership team.Liaise with other internal partners and external partners when needed.Lead continuous improvement actions.Qualifications:Above all, you are an entrepreneur, passionate about piloting, coaching, and managing project teams. Your personality and potential are important to us: socially responsible, a sense of commitment, organized, and a collaborative mindset. Very good relationship skills are essential.

To succeed in this role, you need also a robust experience articulated across 3 pillars:
SAP background on various modules.Understanding of the industrial environment, from Front Office to Supply Chain, including all domains in a plant & Distribution Center.Project Management proficiency.Education: Master Engineering/Management School Degree.
Job Related Experience:
ERP Solution basic knowledge.IT Project management proficiency.Cross-cultural management.Leadership and communication.Change management and implementation methodology.Interest & experience in managing projects in agile frameworks.Others (e.g., language skills, technical skills): English language proficiency, willingness to travel, communication, and/or knowledge transfer.
